What clients say about this agent....
We purchased a house through her about 1 1/2 years ago and she handeled the negotiations very well ( it was a cash sale) and i was able to get my price. Now I Do not flip houses nor buy and sell but I do own some significant property and if I was approached by a VIP property investor ( very important person) who by all rights should have done his own reseach, I too would be wary of showing him my neiborhood. We are all human ( only a few of us are VIP) and she preformed well for me and I will use her again..
SO BAD. I don't even knows where to start...I never bother writing reviews, but my experience with this agent was so bad, I'm making it a point to write a review.I'm an investor and ...
SO BAD. I don't even knows where to start...I never bother writing reviews, but my experience with this agent was so bad, I'm making it a point to write a review.I'm an investor and I purchased a property out in Newberry Springs about 6 months ago to rehab and flip. I was fairly new to the area, so reached out to several agents local to the area to have them run comps, provide local knowledge, etc. Annette seemed like she was a Newberry Springs expert, so I asked her to assess the property I was buying and provide me with comps, etc to support her findings. She sent over some comps that I looked at. But for some reason, I could NOT get a hold of her again. Not by phone, text, or email. I ended up having to find another agent to help me. No big deal, I guess. But disappointing nonetheless. I did eventually hear back from Annette and she said she went on vacation and didn't have a chance to get back to me. Fair enough, I thought...A couple months later, I was looking into another property and reached out to Annette to help me assess it. Again, because she seemed like the expert in that area - I was interested in buying it to flip and would gladly use her to help me. She said she would look into it, but again she disappeared and I could not reach her. Days later, after reaching out a number of times, all I got was a brief text telling me that she "couldn't help me". No explanation, no reasoning. Boggled my mind, but ok.About 3 months down the line, I wrap up negotiations on another investment property in Newberry Springs. As I'm doing my research, Annette's name pops up on Zillow. Against my better judgment, I decide to give her a call and discuss the property with her. Mainly, I'm interested in her services because it looks like she recently sold a property like the one I was acquiring and that would be helpful as I looked to resell mine.We talk on the phone for a while and she promises to analyze the property and send me information by the next day. Of course, she doesn't. I wait, and let the weekend pass. Nothing. I wait all day Monday (Veteran's Day). Nothing. I let Tuesday go by, nothing. So I make a call and text Annette on Tuesday asking if she's had time to review my property. I also later send an email. Nothing. On Wednesday, I reach out to her again by phone and leave another voicemail. Hours later, I get a text back saying "I'm sorry but I can't help you". Huh!? I'm once again dumbfounded...Normally, I leave it alone and chalk it up to a lesson learned and just avoid this agent forever. But because of the history, I let her have it. I told her how unprofessional and rude she was, especially because she never bothered to even explain herself. If she didn't want a listing, no problem. But at least show some common courtesy as an agent, and take a little time to explain yourself. I guess that's too much to ask. She finally did text back and accuse me of promising a listing to an agent, and then changing my mind. She also said she "doesn't work for free" . Huh!!?? I genuinely have no idea what she's talking about. What in the world!? Of course I've spoken to other agents about properties. That's part of trying to figure out who the good agents are. But where she came up with that is beyond me. I'm dumbfounded that someone in this industry can behave this way. So yes, this review cost me 10 minutes of my precious time. But I don't feel like I had much choice. If an agent behaves this way, there has to be some consequences. I'm only one person and can only provide one review, but even if it helps just one person avoid this agent, I'm satisfied.
