Annette DePalmo

Annette DePalmo received her real estate license in 1990 and enjoys a successful career with Century 21 Lakeside Realty as a Realtor and a Mentor. She met and married her husband Angelo in 1994. They are blessed with a son Angelo who is in the 8th grade at Canfield Village Middle School. An active member of the Canfield PTO, Annette volunteers at the schools whenever possible. She is also very active with her son who plays baseball for the Canfield Baseball Club, and is an all around outdoor kid; biking, fishing, archery, etc. They are active members of Old North Church in Canfield. Annette treats all of her clients the way she would like to be treated herself, with honesty, empathy and integrity. A house is the biggest purchase most people ever make. They need to make sure it's the right one. Annette works hard to help her clients find the perfect house that they can turn into their home! She also works hard to sell her clients' homes by providing a Comparable Market Analysis to help determine a listing price and suggesting things they can do to make their home more appealing to a buyer.
