I wrote a review earlier, but it got jumbled somehow. Annette is awesome! My Fiance inherited the home she grew up in and had no experience as a seller. Annette walked her through everything and helped her every step of the way to understand the process. She handled the whole experience with great compassion but was also very professional and was all business when needed. There were multiple offers on the home and then a cash offer was made. Annette kept the transaction on track, even when the buyers tried to change terms, etc. Annette was helpful from start to finish.
