Afterward, she immediately found estimates for repairs and took into consideration those costs in the contract. She knew her stuff and got me sellers credits, worked to get the needed repairs lined up for me, and always made time to explain and advocate for me. Her partner came and helped me make repairs to the property (and taught me a little about installing light fixtures lol ), and I feel fortunate to have selected her as my agent through this process. When things were stressful and unsure- she kept me informed and worked to make sure things came together. Awesome soon as I found a home I liked, the buying process started that day. She kept me well informed on everything. Also she was willing to cover a cost for reinspection for my well. We decided to list our house in Florida and make a big move to Michigan. Annie made this process as painless as she possibly could.
