We had an issue where were the buyers banks appraiser did a horrible job and incorrectly sized the living space of our home, devaluing it by $20,000 below the agreed upon sales price. Anne and her team immediately jumped into action and ordered a second appraisal and the buyers bank agreed the new appraisal was correct and we closed at the original price.
