Whenever we looked at a property with annie she had already done some digging on the property as to what has been done to it and what needs to be done to it. She was consistently sending me new homes coming onto the market to look at within my price range and the things I wanted in a home. Always working with my work schedule to make sure she could fit me in to view the properties I wanted. She was always able to explain any questions I had with the processes of buying a home. Her and her husband also flip houses so she was able to explain what itd take to remodel some of the properties we looked at. While I wasnt able to buy a home with her due to the home I purchased being in Connecticut in which she didnt have a CT license for CT, I am forever grateful for all the time and effort she gave me to help me try and find a home. I would completely recommend annie to anyone trying to buy a home, she will find you the home you're looking for! She is an amazing agent that you will not regret working with!
