    We had a great experience with Anne Marie and she helped us a lot with the home sale process. We would not hesitate to use her again. We ended up taking a contingency contract and she was able to sell the other home very quickly and made the whole process go quickly. I really think it makes a difference to have someone in the middle to help do the negotiations versus trying to do it all yourself

    Anne-Marie provided superior support. She oversaw the sale of my house, at the asking price, as I was out of state. We needed to overcome a number of challenges, including renegotiating the closing costs when the bank assessment was $2500 below the agreed upon sale price, and negotiating a last minute agreement when some minor water damage was discovered on closing day. Anne-Marie was calm and professional throughout the process. She is highly recommended!
