She gave us honest, accurate information about every home, and ultimately helped us find one that we were very happy with. She's also amazingly accurate at guessing costs for repair work. She was spot on with about $20k of repairs/maintenance/upgrades that we were interested in making, and it was very useful to have such an accurate estimate when we were negotiating the house price. I almost wish our house search would have lasted longer - it was great working with her, and she made the whole process very enjoyable for us.
