ZillowVERIFIEDAnne has good knowledge of the Windham area and details of active listings. She got the house listed quickly. The photographer did an excellent job. Anne helped us stage the house to increase its appeal. She did a series of open houses and the house was under contract in a few weeks. We then hit some bumpiness in the process with COVID etc. and the buyer ended by not going through with the contract. There was much back and forth, uncertainty and stress in those weeks. But Anne helped us work through all of that, got us legal advice on the contract. More importantly, she went after finding new buyers aggressively and had multiple new offers for us to consider within 10 days of the old contract getting cancelled. Thing went smoothly from there and we were able to do the closing remotely without needing to be there. We had a great start and finish and were able to successfully work through the rough spots in between.
