I recently sold my house and Anne Kofsky was my realtor. She helped stage the house which changed the looks of the house entirely and made it very presentable and impressive. The house got sold very first open house day. She has the knack for interior decoration and negotiation with buyers. After the contract was approved, she followed up with every stage of sale and advised me at every step. I would highly recommend her for your realtor needs and to get top dollar when you are selling. If I could I would give her more than 5 stars

I had an exceptional experience working with Ann as my realtor. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. Ann went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect home, and her dedication and expertise were evident every step of the way. She made the complex process of buying a home straightforward and stress-free. I highly recommend Ann to anyone looking for a reliable and committed realtor!

Anne was amazing, she helped us by a home. She has a lot of experience in real estate and knows the market very well. She worked with us to negotiate the price while also making sure the seller got a good price. Highly recommend!

Anne was wonderful to work with. She was able to sell our home from the very first Open House. She is very knowledgeable and made the entire process easier. She has a great eye for staging and displaying a house to its full potential. She suggested minor fixes which made the home more sellable. We first met Anne over 10 years ago when we were considering our home and even then she let us know that we were paying more taxes than comparable homes. We were able to reduce our taxes by $1K a year. I would highly recommend Anne.
Answered Questions
The reason many homes go online Thursday mornings is that the realtors are trying to get the home on the market right before the weekend when buyers are most apt to plan their weekend house viewing. Also great for coming soon listings because the open houses usually start on the weekends.
I have never seen that. Discount commissions come with discount services. The old saying, you get what you paid for is very true.,
Hire an agent who goes the extra mile and makes your home look beautiful in pictures and in person, does a full-blown marketing program and is savvy in the real estate industry. A professional stager such as myself maximizes the value of homes!
Price it right, make it beautiful, get rid of the problems, and get a top local realtor who knows the market and the agents.
Yes, you can. Sounds like you may have chosen the wrong realtor. I would call their manager.
Price right, stage, if possible, great marketing, proactive realtor.
Did you have a licensed home inspector? Did you know the age of the furnace when you purchased the home? Were you at the home when the inspector looked at the house? Was a home warranty suggested?
The first step is deciding where you want to live. The second step is seeing what the community and prices are. Also, you should get prequalified to determine with taxes and fees what your monthly carrying costs will be. If you have a home to sell and need the proceeds to buy, there are wonderful programs that accommodate that. eq
you would have to add it to the purchase price and have it deducted at closing.
