Anne was wonderful to work with. She was able to sell our home from the very first Open House. She is very knowledgeable and made the entire process easier. She has a great eye for staging and displaying a house to its full potential. She suggested minor fixes which made the home more sellable. We first met Anne over 10 years ago when we were considering our home and even then she let us know that we were paying more taxes than comparable homes. We were able to reduce our taxes by $1K a year. I would highly recommend Anne.

Anne was recommended by a close family friend to help sell our families house in East Brunswick after our mother had passed. And boy, she did not dissapoint. My brother and I both live out of state and she helped take care of everything. This included providing vendors and making decisions for everything regarding furniture, paint, carpet, landscaping, and staging the house with artwork and the such. She specializes in East Brunwsick and I highly recommend Anne to anyone looking to sell their house in the area.

Why do so many listings to live on Thursday?

The reason many homes go online Thursday mornings is that the realtors are trying to get the home on the market right before the weekend when buyers are most apt to plan their weekend house viewing. Also great for coming soon listings because the open houses usually start on the weekends.

Did you have a licensed home inspector? Did you know the age of the furnace when you purchased the home? Were you at the home when the inspector looked at the house? Was a home warranty suggested?

you would have to add it to the purchase price and have it deducted at closing.
