I am a new homeowner in San Diego! In mid-January, on a Saturday evening, I recall sitting in a Target parking lot and talking with my friend on the telephone about my desire to buy a home but being unsure about the process in California. We had a great conversation and he connected me with Anne Gold. Well, on Wednesday, March 17, I closed on a 1985 townhouse-style condo unit that I like very much. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, dining room, space in the kitchen for a dinette eating area, a nice patio, and a 2 car garage. Anne was great at guiding me through the home buying process and it went perfectly. Based on the fact that my lease ends in about 2.5 weeks, Anne helped me find a place in record time so I don't have to go to a month-to-month lease. On the final inspection of my new home, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the refrigerator, washer, and dryer had been left by the owners, which are all in working order. Anne had added this option in the contract for me. I'm very pleased with my new home and Anne was great! I will recommend Century 21 to friends, family, and colleagues. Anne Gold and her entire Century 21 Award team were great during our homebuying process. Anne was especially great at continuing to follow-up and try and get answers from our mortgage processors and the selling agent, which we really appreciated. She was also a wealth of knowledge on the home-buying process, which we (as first time homebuyers) took full advantage of! She was also great at working through and around all of the restrictions implemented by COVID-19, which made touring houses more difficult than it otherwise would have been (no open houses!). Even after our purchase had closed, Anne made herself available to us, if we had any additional questions or concerns.
