ZillowVERIFIEDOur mother passed away earlier this year. It was an eventuality that we all expected, but that doesn't make it any easier. Before she passed, she told my sister and I that when we are ready to sell the house, she wanted us to use Anne Gain. That piece of advice just goes to show - mothers are always right! My sister and I grew up in St. Joe, but both now live in Ohio - about 5 hours away. Before listing the home, I spent hours awake at night worrying how we were going to do this from such a far distance. Turns out, I had nothing to worry about. Anne and her team took care of absolutely everything. From getting handymen in to make repairs and emptying dehumidifiers on a daily basis, they treated our family's home like it was their own.
