Anne is hands down one of the best professionals we have ever worked with. She is patient and kind, but extremely determined and firm when it comes to helping her clients get what they need. We have been working with her for 11 years and couldn't imagine buying a home with anyone else!The first time we began the process of house hunting (2011) she took us to 18 houses in a very short time period. When the time came to make an offer, she helped us negotiate a very fair price that allowed the dream of owning our first home to become a reality. (And plot twist, we had our first baby DURING this process. We looked for a month, had a baby, paused looking, and started again shortly after he was born, but not at all due to any pressure from her. She was extremely patient and never once pushed us to continue to pursue purchasing.) Once we were ready to look again she would hold our baby so we could walk through every house with ease, and look as efficiently as possible. It seems small to some, but to brand new parents, it meant the world to us that she cared about our little family and not just making a sale.Fast forward to 2019 as we began to look for our forever property with hopes to build. Anne helped us out with this process for months on end. Hitting dead end after dead end (with no fault to her whatsoever) we decided to look at already built homes and skip the building process for now. Within SEVEN DAYS she had everything we wanted to look at scheduled, helped us create a competitive offer, and we found ourselves moving in and signing papers in less than 6 weeks--start to finish. We cannot recommend Anne enough. She will listen to what you want and need and give suggestions based on that as well as her personal expertise. You will not be disappointed working with her!
