Originally from Buffalo, Annawade moved to New Jersey to pursue a business administration degree at Ramapo College. This knowledge coupled with her bachelors degree in education from Arizona State, has provided her with excellent negotiation and leadership skills that she uses in real estate transactions. As the university valedictorian of her class of 2019, she has the work ethic, attention to detail and integrity that is necessary in this competitive market and when working with her amazing clients in Western New York. Annawade's achievements include creating marketing strategies for an international manufacturing company located in downtown Buffalo, teaching elementary children and coordinating parent events, and auditing for a food distribution company. As Annawade moved back to Buffalo, she took an interest in the one-of-a kind historic homes, and the architectural revival of the city. She became a licensed realtor with a passion of providing strong value to the Western New York community and exceeding her clients expectations.
