My wife and I were casually looking at homes for ~2.5 years, and had not put our home on the market because we had such a strict criteria (3+ acres, barn, privacy, good schools, etc) that we did not think we could find a home that checked all the boxes. We worked with several realtors with no luck, but Teresa found our perfect property on her first try, within 72 hours! Not only this, but she accommodated numerous visits to the property for us to inspect the basement, the remainder of the property after the snow had melted, and guided us through the entire process. IN ADDITION, she brought a shovel and helped me shovel a path for a ground-penetrating radar scan in the middle of winter, totally unprompted! She really did a phenomenal job and we couldnt be happier.
