As always, Anna was an absolute pleasure to work with as the realtor of both the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our current home. This is our second time utilizing Anna and we have nothing but great things to say and have personally recommended her to other friends to date. From beginning to end (through closing on both homes) Anna was fully engaged, professional, transparent, knowledgeable and above all so easy to work with. Another great quality she displayed was always having an answer/recommendation to every question, a slew of personal contacts (plumber, painter, maintenance) on hand for all scenarios, and availability day or night for calls and texts to ensure we were fully up to speed on every step in the process. All in all, even though the sale of our home became a slightly complex transaction at times, all in all, from our perspective both transactions were completed seamlessly and throughout. Anna was top notch from beginning to end. She was so knowledgeable about the whole process and helped with every aspect of the sale of our home. She is extremely professional, responsive and was on top of everything. Our process lasted 3 weeks beginning to end - so there was a lot to do in a short time and it all went off without a hitch!
