Also a list of similar homes currently for sale and their asking price, This was a big help in establishing my listing price. After the house inspection there was a few items which required capable people for the type of repair. I live about 50 miles from the house I was selling and did not know the people in the area that I could contact. Anna knew the people to get and she contacted them. Anna met the repair person if needed ad followed up on their repair. This was a great help to me, and saved me from several 100 mile trips.
