Anna was very courteous and helpful. She was prompt in response to my questions, calls and concerns. She explained in detail things I didn't understand. She was patient with me during the process. The only recommendation I have for her is to be a bit more aggressive when dealing with other opposing agents and sellers. She's sweet and a bit timid, but nothing to do with her knowledge or professionalism. I want her to be a pitbull instead of a Labrador. I had a very pleasant buying experience.
