If there were more stars, I would give them to Anna Ruiz. Anna has been helping me move out of the Bay Area of California for seven years. Anna found me the ideal house in Sacramento County. I thought Anna might give up on me after so long, but never did. She has been loyal and has always been there for me regardless of finding a home. Anna has helped me find the right places to shop and how to find my way around. After living on the peninsula for so long, which is basically north and south, I found two other directions, East and West. Thanks, Anna.

My family and I have known Anna for years, and met her while my elderly parents were searching for a property near me. She assisted my parents in the purchase of a home. When the parents determined they wanted a better home prior to moving, Anna again assisted and facilitated their purchase of a 2nd home. When it came time for me to move on from living on a 4-acre country property, Anna assisted me in the sale of my home. She worked with dedication and consistent availability to help me sell this property quickly and for a very satisfactory price! Anna is honest and straightforward, and is not afraid to ask the "hard" questions from other realtors or homeowners about property conditions. She is also knowledgeable in regards to market conditions as well as has contacts to fix issues specific to properties prior to sale. I would recommend Anna Ruiz to be your realtor!
