Anna Marie helped me make a very difficult sale that two other realtors were unable or unwilling to get to the bottom of. I had struggled in the dark for a year and a half. When I signed with her she had a buyer within a month. When the buyers bank financing fell through because of the tenuous nature of the property she held on and facilitated the sale through private financing, maintaining complete honesty with us both. She was even able to sell at the price I had bought it for which wasnt a certainty by any stretch. I'm totally grateful. Thanks Anna!

Anna was referred to us by another Agent because of her knowledge of the area we were interested in. Anan was on time and showed us some properties we were interested in. After looking at a few locations Anna got a better feel for what we were looking for and know of a property that had been sold and had just came back on the market. When we arrived my Wife instantly fell in love with the home and property. We wrote up an offer that night and asked if we could walk the property again and meet the Owner. Anna was able to make this happen for the next day and Anna met us at the property (on time again). Some minor negotiation took place and the deal was completed. Anna also stayed in contact with us on home inspection items and closing documents.
