Anna did an amazing job for my family. We decided to buy at the same time we were selling our home and she took care of both quicker than we could have imagined. She was kind, knowledgeable, and listened to what we sought in a new home. What can I say.. After years of working on our credit and VA to get where we want to be, we were finally able to purchase our first home! Anna was recommended to us through the VA home loan program in May 2024. She studied us to see what our likes and dislikes were during the first few houses we went to, even if we didn't mention it. In June we made our first offer on a house in Kyle. (Yes, she traveled all the way to Kyle TX with us!) The sellers of that house decided to change up their end of the deal, and we carried on our way. She took us to houses she knew we would love or that would have what we were interested in, and we ended up getting into a bidding war, but didn't go through because they decided to go with a non VA loan. After feeling defeated after that, we thought we were going to take a break. Anna hit us up with a new built home in the neighborhood we first originally wanted to live in like 2 years ago. We jumped on it asap. We paid our earnest money, and everything was good to go until construction was complete and closing was set. Throughout the whole process, Anna has been by our side, regular check ins, our voice of concern, reasonable, very attention to detail, and I mean very! Lol. She adored our kids just as much as we adored her. She celebrates with you, she is very very honest. She is also quick on her feet if given the chance. She celebrates with you, almost as if she is a family member. We have been honored to put our first time buying trust into her hands and to even now have a life long friend.
