Anna and Maria are truly exceptional realtors. My mom went through a heart-wrenching time, losing her companion of over 20 years to terminal cancer while trying to sell her home. From the very beginning, Anna and Maria were not only professional but deeply compassionate. They staged my moms home beautifully, and while her own decorating was also beautiful, the staging made it easier for potential buyers to imagine themselves living there. It also made packing easier for my mom, which was a huge relief. Despite my not being directly involved in the buying or selling process, they always made me feel like a priority. My mom informed them about the situation and asked them to keep me in the loop, and Anna went above and beyond to accommodate both my moms schedule and mine. Anna and Maria kept a group message going with my mom and I also, so whoever was available at the time could answer. I never felt like a burden, and the level of care and love they showed my mom during such a heartbreaking time was truly angelic. Not only did they sell my moms house for over the asking price, but Anna also found her a new home under budget, under asking price, with early occupancy! Even after everything was done, Anna continued to check in on my mom to make sure she was settling in well and to offer any help she could. I cant recommend Anna and Maria enough. I decided to sell my house and a week later, my significant other was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer. During this horrible time, I had to drop everything including getting my house ready for sale. Anna and Maria worked extra hard to stage my house and get everything ready. I cant say enough about Anna and Maria coming to my rescue and with compassion, patience and understanding, staged my house and made it look like it was out of a magazine. The second showing sold my house for more than asking. But the journey was not over. I still had to find the perfect house for me and their understanding and patience continued until I found it. Unfortunately my guy passed just before I had my closings and Anna was able to get me an early occupancy which I desperately needed because my heart just wasnt into it and I needed the extra time to pack and move. They made a life-changing event bearable for me and I will never be able to repay them for such a beautiful gift. It is the second house they have sold for me that sold over asking and within a couple of days. Their professionalism is unmatched. I would never hesitate to have them as my realtors.
