Anna was truly a great pleasure to work with and got my house sold fast and for the highest value. I was referred to her by a friend. I wish I had found Anna earlier and saved a lot of frustration for myself. My house was listed before with a different agent for 2 months but didnt sell. Unfortunately, I wasted my time and money by working with the wrong agent. When Anna took over, it was a breeze. She managed the process from A to Z. She has a team of professionals that can handle everything that needs to be done when selling your home. Necessary repairs and updates were completed very fast and Anna made sure to stay on the budget we agreed upon. Home looked beautiful and priced correctly. We got a solid offer and were under contract in only 1 week for above the asking price , which is very hard to do in the current market. Anna communicated constantly and clearly with me throughout the process and answered all the questions. I am so happy to finally sit down and write a review for Anna Fine, my realtor, today in the midst of the chaos of moving in our own new home. I knew Anna Fine as we have worked together once for a short time at Stanford hospital. She was so passionate of being a realtors back than and she always explained to everyone including me things about real estate in general and in California. Once she said to me: -I will be a realtor soon and I will help you find something you can afford! I remember smiling and thinking that will never happen? But her vision happened to be true!! She indeed was my realtor and a special one whom I will recommend to anyone I know with full confidence as she is best!! I am so thankful I met her again years later and I have chosen her as my realtor. To tell the truth she surprised me with her knowledge, her attitude, her calmness, her smart honest decision and her confidence. She never pushed me on doing things I didn?t want to do! She made sure I have my own space.When I was in doubt she also educated me on some differences of the buying process on California that are different from other states. Me and my husband are so grateful that she treated us as we were her own family by not letting us buying something we will later regret.. Thank you Anna Fine! Anna is wonderful! My husband and I started talking to her about buying a place sometime in the next year. Just one week after we started the conversation, we were in contract for our first home. I never dreamed that this would be possible, and Anna was there for us every step of the process. As a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect, but she was so patient and caring with me. She also had so much advice to share and clearly knows her field! Anna also has a fantastic network of people that she will recommend to you. She referred us to an incredible loan officer who found us a great deal, and after closing, she shared contacts with us for renovations, insurance, and more homeowner-specific things that I wouldnt know how to find on my own. Overall, I could not be happier with my decision to contact Anna. Its very clear that she cares about her clients and is not simply in it for the money, which cannot be said about every real estate agent. My husband and I were looking for more than 1 year for a house in different states, but no luck. We were desperate and tired from long searches. I found Anna online and she explained to me the whole process of purchasing a property in California, what to expect, what are our chances, and asked a lot of questions to understand what exactly we were looking for. With Anna, we could close on the first(!) condo we saw! Anna and Robert (lender) hold our hand and helped us through the whole process, which is stressful and not easy for first-time home buyers, but Anna and Robert made sure to make it as less stressful as possible. It was great teamwork and Im writing this review from the new property. We are very happy with our purchase. It is also important to mention that Anna didnt disappear after the purchase, but helped us with some issues (fixes that needed to be done) in the house even after. I highly recommend Anna and hopefully in a couple of years will use her services again. Anna is definitely a great and caring professional. Thank you very much!
