Anna was AWESOME to work with! Ive moved 12 times due to my career and have experienced a lot of agents during buying and selling and Anna is among the very best I have ever worked with! In these times of unstable and inconsistent pricing, having a knowledgeable agent is imperative and Anna definitely brings local knowledge. I switched to her after trying and failing with another local agent when I was finding acceptable houses sold that my agent never spoke to me about and was getting poor advice on ones we did review. Anna was always positive and worked very hard, including late at night and weekends when needed, as the negotiations went on and problems came up. Something Anna leveraged effectively was very strong connections to local contractors and professionals to get thorough inspections done quickly and then provide excellent cost knowledge and guidance on addressing the findings. Anna showed very good judgement on when to play hardball and when to give a little to get the deal closed. On a rating scale from one to five stars, I would give Anna 7 if I could, with extra stars based first on how hard she worked and second, how knowledgeable she is on real estate law, common practices and local market factors that all became important with multiple situations that came up during my home buying process.
