Where do I even begin? Three houses, three purchases, and two sales, all in the span of 2 years! My fiancA(C) and I have done a lot of moving over the last few years. First, without even knowing we wanted to buy a house, we found a lovely home in the country on two acres. As first-time home buyers who had never considered buying a home until we suddenly found the home of our dreams in the country, we were nervous! Anna seemed to find all the time in the world to answer our questions and help us through the home-buying process. A year later, my fiancA(C) and I had had enough of the long commute and discovered a fixer-upper was not our dream-home after all. We needed a house closer to work with a lot less yard maintenance. Naturally, we called Anna. Houses were selling in a matter of days and suddenly, the market was VERY competitive. Anna helped us navigate the demanding market and pulled all the tricks (including an awesome video to send to sellers realtors) she had to make our offer THE offer. She helped us set appropriate expectations and soon we found the perfect home in South Fresno. Fast-forward seven months and my fiancA(C) and I were offered jobs out of state. Can you believe it? We said yes. We must be gluttons for punishment (I hate moving!). My first text went to Anna asking if she could help us sell my dream home and get us into a new home across the country. She was happy to help us sell, but not able to get us into a new home in another state. How would I do this without her?! Anna put me at ease and quickly found a phenomenal realtor we could trust. He even sent us a video walk-through of our new home since we had to purchase sight unseen. Again and again Anna has been there for us. Through all this chaos, I definitely had my moments of doubt, anger, stress, sorrow, and terror. Anna was always around to hear me out and give me factual, quantifiable information to settle me down. She educated us, showed empathy (its hard leaving your dream-home for a new adventure), and celebrated with us. Anna is efficient, detail oriented, kind, patient, and oh-so knowledgeable. She hand-picks the people and companies she works with. Through our first two purchases, she teamed up with Debbie Cheselske (Loan Officer Extraordinaire). I could write a similar review for her alone. Anna hired thorough, reasonably priced inspectors, a wonderful photographeraEUR|etc. She nails every aspect of her job. If you want a realtor who is devoted to you and makes you feel like you are the one and only, best client she has, Anna is the realtor for you.
