Buying and selling a home is a very exciting and stressful experience and even more so when you are 8 months pregnant. I cannot say enough great things about my experience in working with Carole Pearson as my realtor. From the moment she sat down with me to discuss the market value of my home, she had done in depth research on the renovations and addition I had done to the property, what value that added and how to position my house to sell. She had a plan in place with a time line of events, which included marketing activities around a coming soon event, staging and photos, a mailer, brokers open all the way through the open house. I dont know which activity did it specifically or if it was a combination of all the work she did but I was under contract in less than a week. Because Carole had already helped me get under contract for a new construction property (after numerous home tours through the area) we could then focus our time on finalizing the paperwork on that end. If it wasnt for Carole I believe I would have missed some items in the purchase of my new home. She made sure to include items as specific line items to protect my interest as I was buying new construction that came with a warranty. She has a Rolodex of resources that I worked, such as a staging company, movers, lenders, title companies and a home inspector. If you are looking for a realtor that will have your best interest as her top priority whether you are selling or buying a property I would say to look no further than Carole Pearson. She does her homework, comes prepared with a detailed plan and executes on that plan, keeping you informed every step of the way. She even gets involved in preparing the house for staging and open house, and came by during my move out to help clean as I prepared the house for the walk through for the new buyers. She helped to make sure I had a great experience on both the sale of my home that i loved to my new home that I love!
