I dont write many reviews as I tend to speak the truth to a fault but with my process I went through with Ann I just had to let others know. I was a first time buyer and I cant say enough about Ann. Not only did she go out of her way multiple times to show me homes in this crazy market, but she also made it a fun experience. She was beyond knowledgeable about areas and patterns in the market but also made my wants and needs get met time and time again. Do yourself a favor and contact Ann for buying or selling for an easy profitable process. When I say Ann is very very good at her job thats an understatement.

AnnKnows the Arizona market and the small details of each home almost like an inspector would point out its incredible. She goes the extra mile to make sure you know what you're looking at.
