I have helped families, young professionals, empty-nesters, retirees, and so many others, through the complex process of buying and/or selling a home. Each and every client is special to me. I also take special joy in helping people who are relocating to Tucson, Arizona from other areas of the country. The furthest relocation client thus far was a family who relocated with the US Navy from Kuwait to Tucson! My current and past clients hail from Chicago, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Colorado, Washington State, Utah and California. Whether they are buying a second home or permanent new home, relocating to a new area can be overwhelming. Being a transplant myself from Pennsylvania, I take pride in helping my out-of-town clients through the buying process as well as with the life style change that comes from living in the southwest and desert. It was a long two year process in a sellers market but we were finally able to buy a wonderful home. Throughout the entire process Ann was always patient and reassuring. Ann and Ron did a wonderful job finding us our new home in a very difficult time for buyers. We wanted to down size to a home intended for our retirement but that put us in a spot trying to find a home when inventories were very low and we were competing with investors.
