ZillowVERIFIEDThis is the second time Ann has sold our house. Both houses were sold within the first week. I applied what I learned from the first house to my second house. I replaced the carpet, painted the entire interior of the house in a neutral color and removed drapery and personal items to make it easy for potential buyers to visualize their furnishings.
