Hello and thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about my history in order to get to know me better. My father was a land developer of subdivisions and became very successful in the Real Estate Industry. My father taught me many aspects of Real Estate and the one concept he kept emphasizing is your Customer is always right treat them with respect and have integrity and always keep your word and until this day I honor his memory by helping and assisting as many people as possible with their Real Estate needs making them first by providing excellent knowledgeable service. I started my Real Estate Company so that I could provide an environment that I was raised with providing support and assistance and empowering all my agents. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Pick a home in a good location that will hold its value and more. Look at what you want your monthly payment and chose a home that will fit you needs into the future.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Make sure your home is cleaned and declutter just that can make you $20,000. Make sure your landscaping is clean and appealing.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked all over Oakland, Wayne and Macomb County.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Last transaction was servicing a Relocation buyer from out of state. Found my clients their dream home and negotiated a great price. My client had to sell his house first which he did and we successfully closed the transaction.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My father was a land developer in Canada he developed subdivisions and taught me the fundamentals of Real Estate. Since 2006 I have practiced Real Estate and I have a great passion to help people gain wealth and empowerment through Real Estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am a Broker/Owner of Real Living Metro I also have a Marketing degree and Economics Degree. I can sell your home for Top dollar. I am CPDE certified, Seres Certified, Buyer Agency Certification.
