My husband and I reached a big milestone in April of 2021. We bought our first home together! And to our disbelief, it was quick and easy - all thanks to Ann Bennett. The word that describes Ann Bennett is "Godsend".The home that we own in NH was being rented out, and we found out, with very little notice, that our tenant of the last 6 years was moving out. There was much to be done, and no time to waste. We were very fortunate to be introduced to Ann and she took the lead with the entire process. Using her contacts, we were able to get the home cleaned, re-painted, repaired, etc. in record time. Ann was a tremendous resource, giving us her opinion on what needed to be done, and she provided several quotes for the work that needed to be done, and helped us choose the appropriate providers.
