ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently used Ann as our agent while selling our house. As noted in other reviews Ann is a great communicator. She prefers texting but quickly takes or makes phone calls when more lengthy communications are indicated, and she emails when needed. Ann uses Docusign on-line software so we could sign a contract even though we were in Pennsylvania and the house we were selling was in New Jersey. She even texts you if she is on the phone when you call, telling you she will call you as soon as she finishes. She acknowledges all texts so you know she has seen them. She seems to be available almost 24/7, answering texts and calls on Saturday and Sunday and evenings. While we were selling our house Ann was handling several other real estate closings, but she communicated with us as if we were her only clients. Ann is a smart realtor. She knows the market, the best ways to present a house she is selling, and she is creative in bringing out the best aspects of a house. She tells it like it is. She is always on time for appointments. She kept us informed about who was viewing our house and why or why not offers were made. She clearly explained the current house selling process to us, since we hadnt sold a house in 47 years. I would not hesitate to recommend Ann to anyone selling their house.
