We were at first nervous about choosing Anita because we just saw her profile and reviews here at Zillow and we didnt have any personal recommendation of her but we were so glad we chose her. We could not have made a better choice. Out of the many online inquiries that we made, she was the only one who called back with a really serious and professional feedback. Believe me, many called back but we immediately felt comfortable talking with her on the phone. Then, after just a year, we suddenly had relocate out-of-state because of my husbands work. We did not have to think twice about using Anita as a realtor again. She immediately gave us market analysis on our first inquiry without any pressure at all. It really just helped us to make a decision on whether to sell or rent our house. In the end we decided to sell. At first, we were really nervous because we bought our house as a new-built and our community is still in full swing of selling new homes and so we were afraid that most people would just rather buy a new house versus buying our 1 year old house. But with Anitas help, our house got sold and CLOSED in less than a month! We could not believe it! She is simply amazing! We also had to do the process while we were already out of state and it was a breeze! Communication was excellent and I cant believe how easy the process went. Absolutely no stress on our part! We would definitely recommend her to anyone we know! We love, love, love working with Anita.

Anita is wonderful! My wife and I first contacted her over seven years ago for some help, and since then, weve enlisted her services to buy two houses and sell one of them. And shes not only our realtor, but shes become our friend in the process.Here are a few of the things we like about Anita:Shes not pushy. She listens to what you want, and she lets you guide your choices. Theres a fine balance between providing information, opinion, and influence, and Anita does a great job keeping these things in balance. She wont tell you where you should or should not live, but she will tell you what she knows about the area so that you can make an informed decision. And when it comes time to sell a home, shell guide you through all the important details, but she gives you control in making the decisions that work best for you. If youre looking for a realtor who empowers you to make the best decisions, then shes the one you need. She never makes you feel like youre wasting her time. Our house sold in under two weeks with Anita, so that went very fast, but it took us just about nine months to find our next home. We looked at quite a few homes during that time, made several offers, and inquired about many more, and never once did we feel like she was tired of us or was ready to be done. In fact, it was a little strange once we did purchase our house thinking that we wouldnt be in regular contact with her anymore. We will definitely keep in touch with her though, since as I said before, she has become a friend!She knows her stuff. My wife and I are nowhere near real estate experts, but we can easily see that Anita is head and shoulders above most agents out there, and shes never been stumped by any of our questions or by any of the situations weve been in. We could always trust that she was giving us the right answer or insight into a situation. Through our viewings, offers, and purchases weve seen many other real estate agents at work, and every time it just verified how truly great Anita is and what a true professional she is. Shes trustworthy. We always knew that she wanted the best for us, and we could always trust her to keep our best interest in mind in any situation. To some, their clients are just a means to an end, but not for Anita. She really does enjoy serving people and helping them to achieve their goals. You can trust her, and thats something thats not always easy to find these days.I could go on and on with more things we like about Anita, but the only way for you to fully see how great she is, is to meet her for yourself. We met Anita through friend of ours. Anita sold her home as well. We had originally listed with another realtor. Which was unsuccessful.. Once we listed with Anita. She made things so easy. We sold our house pretty quickly. She made are selling and buying process almost painless. She was a godsend! I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family and to anyone that is looking for a realtor.
