Anil and I started the process about a year ago, I wasn't ready to purchase, and he informed that he would stick around until I was ready; and that is exactly what he did. I knew immediately after meeting Anil for the first time that he was the realtor for us. He was well-prepared and organized with a folder of information and local comps already run for the waterfront lot we were selling in Wakulla County. He carried out our wishes for a beautifully done drone video of our property--- and the surrounding area, as well as an advertising flyer on-site. He was responsive with communicating with us (despite our property likely being worth less than most of his other properties).
