What clients say about this agent....
We wrote an offer on a property that Angie Represents.. We offered 98% of list price with 50% down payment and told her that we would negotiate. We (husband, wife and baby) live in Florida and were going to go to Texas specifically to purchase this property. She emailed me Monday and said she would get back to us on Wednesday. Wednesday came, no response, Thursday came, no response, Friday came I followed up with her.. She then said she messaged me Friday that the seller would pass on my offer. I then responded and said I never received that message and regardless you emailed me two days later and said you would get back to me on Wednesday and never did.She then said the seller just didn't want to do a deal with someone out of state unless they came to the property. I replied and said okay, so it makes sense to fly myself, wife and baby out to Texas, rent a car, get a hotel and then write an offer and in the event someone else writes an offer during that time I wasted thousands and went through that headache for nothing? Wouldn't it make more sense to get an offer subject to inspection? We want the house.. She responded with an email "termination of representation".. So she fired us, she didn't get the deal done for us or her seller.. Would never use this person as my realtor to purchase or sell.. Don't you want an agent that's aggressive that wants to get the deal done? If so, look else where..So I guess Angie can take this as my receipt of her termination of representation agreement. I agree Angie..
We are not the type to usually leave a less than stellar review, but our experience with Angie was difficult at times. We are grateful for her transparency and helpfulness in buying our house, but towards the end of the process we struggled to communicate with her and she had some unfriendly responses for us.As young, first time home buyers, we had instances where questions and clarifications were met with rude answers - implying that we should already know exactly what was going on, or that double checking was a problem for her...On our move in date, she supplied the wrong code for our lockbox to get the keys, and we had a really hard time getting a response from her. We ended up waiting in the dark for her to respond with the correct code, after which she had no reply. No apology, no explanation, etc.She also would text, asking for important and time-sensitive tasks to be completed, with no prior warning, causing scrambles on our end to get things done.We understand that Angie is a busy woman, and there were parts of her service that we really appreciated, and it goes without saying that we are in love with our new home. But there is a sour taste in our mouths after some particular exchanges with Angie. If you're a seasoned vet in home buying and are intimate with the process, Angie is probably perfect for you. However if you need a little extra customer service and attention, I can't recommend her.
Angie was very attentive and helpful in the beginning and then whenever she needed to be while the house was on the market. I feel that the house kind of sold itself, but Angie was everything she should have been.
Angie Williams has helped our family sell and purchase homes in the Lufkin area. She is quick to respond and get the job done efficiently. If you want a REALTOR to be honest and fair and make sure all the details are taken care of, she is your gal.
Angie was super. I could not have asked for a more helpful and insightful real estate agent. Her knowledge of the area real estate and dedication matched with her professionalism is unmatched. Whether buying or selling, I would recommend Angie to anyone.Chuck
Wonderful experience with Angie. We decided to take our house off the market. Would highly recommend Angie to anyone for a realtor. Very professional.. Thanks Angie
Angie helped find a home that matched my wish list for location, price and condition. She also helped with the details to negotiate the details of the purchase on my behalf with the sellers. So happy to be in my new home!
Angie is one of the most knowledgable Realtors I have ever met (Being a licensed Real Estate Broker, I have met a lot!). She has made my purchase of two homes in the Lufkin area, and the sale of one, memorable transactions. I recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy property of any type in the Piney Woods of East Texas.
Angie did an outstanding job as my realtor during the selling of my home. She was professional and very knowledgeable about the market and the area. We had a contract on my house within 8 days and then closed 30 days after that. Angie kept me in the loop about everything that was going on. She made selling my home as painless as possible. I would, and have already recommended Angie to other people thinking of selling or buying a home.
Angie is helpful, and kind. She is understanding about schedules. She looks out for you. She is prompt, and eager to serve. She goes the extra mile to help you. I would recommend her to a friend.
