This was my first time buying a home. I regularly aEURoewindow shoppedaEUR? on Zillow, but finally decided to hit the contact button when interested in homes. Angie responded promptly and kept in regular contact every step of the way. I did not know what to expect with the app or an agent assigned through the app, but Angie was a godsend. We are a military family and she happily showed us (FaceTime) as many houses as we were interested in seeing. When making offers, she provided her honest opinion and was willing to negotiate on our behalf. She ensured I was on top of the paperwork and made sure it was all completed in a timely manner. When it came to our final walk-through of our new construction home, she was there with us walking room to room looking for any discrepancies. She also brought a house plant as a congratulations gift. At our closing appointment, she was present as our witness and again was eager to help with negotiating as needed. Even AFTER we closed and moved in, Angie has followed up to see how things are going and offered her support with issues and help for getting utilities and fencing installed.
