I LOVE being a Realtor! I get such satisfaction when I can help others achieve their real estate goals. I feel everything I have done in my life, from serving in the military, owning a retreat center and teaching Microsoft software has lead me right where I needed to be; helping others with their real estate needs. I have a natural ability to problem solve, and all my past professions have helped fine tune this skill. Each real estate transaction is different and I enjoy the challenges that they bring and the satisfaction of resolving them. Additionally, being a technologically savvy person allows me to adapt to my clients requests. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Start with the first steps, use a trustworthy mortgage lender and determine what you can afford. When you start attending open houses and find your dream home you want to be ready. Use an agent that can guide you through the process and that is going to keep you informed each step of the way.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Pictures speak a thousand words. Over 97% of home buyers use the internet to search for homes. Make sure the realtor you choose provides you with professional photographs and has the technical savvy to market your property on multiple platforms and the ability to analyze results. Work as a team with your realtor so they can get the best offer for you and sell your home quickly.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I've worked with all different types of clients, from investors to first home buyers. I am in the business of helping people buy and sell real estate.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
To me this business is about building relationships, and I'm happy to say I'm fond of all my transactions with my clients. Each transaction, I'm in someway helping them achieve their goals, whether buying, selling or building.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After buying a newly constructed home, I went to work for the builder, learning all the ends and outs of new construction and selling new homes. It was from there I found a passion for helping others build their dream home. I wanted to take it one step further, I wanted to be able to help anyone buy or sell their home.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I spent years in the technology industry as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Trainer, so I understand the importance of technology and leverage it in my business to promote and share properties and connect with my clients.
