Angie promptly contacted me, but did not bother me until the date that I told her I would be seriously looking. When I called her back a little early, she answered the phone by my name. I felt respected and important by her willingness to not constantly contact me and then to answer by my name. Once we started looking, she really allowed us to search widely but also met our needs. She was extremely prompt in responding. It was like she was so busy but also at our finger tips any time we needed her! We were about to put down earnest money on a house, but it didn't feel quite right. She offered to drive me around the city to see if I really felt at home (which was about 8pm). When we decided to not move forward, I felt no resentment from her.
