Nancy went above and beyond to walk me through the entire process of listing the property, what I needed to do to get the property sale ready, helped me contact contractors, gave me several suggestions to help ease the process of the sale, took the time to keep me updated every step of the process, was very compassionate, had no problem explaining any issues or going over my questions and concerns. If she was not sure, she made it a point to get expert advice and follow up with me with my answers. I never had ANY DOUBT of my perfect choice in hiring her as a realtor. I interviewed more than 10 realtors and some were very discouraging and 1 was out right rude. Nancy made sure I understood everything, and had no qualms about listing the property, or helping me through this emotional journey of letting go of this family home we had with so many memories. She was very realistic and honest about the housing market - which I verified. She never led me on as the previous realtors I interviewed had done. She was very personable, and had no issue with explaining the same information she gave me to my trusted friends who all told me, Nancy is absolutely through and wished they had her as a realtor when they bought /sold their properties. I work for a law firm and have worked in the mortgage industry for years, and definitely would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NANCY as your preferred realtor ** Id give her 10 stars if I could on here !!
