Angie worked with us through 2 easements, getting signatures from land owner, neighbor of land owner and the local power cooperative. She showed us many many many land parcels. We live in South Carolina which made her tasks even more difficult. She is very communicative through text and email, which made the land buying process go very smoothly, even with the 2 easements as part of the deed transfer. My wife and I highly recommend Angie Smith.
