About Angela Rooney

A little bit about Angela... Angela is a North Carolina native and attended the University of North Carolina at Pembroke majoring in Business and Foreign Language. After college, she joined the United States Army and held a top-secret position in the Military Intelligence Field as a Signals Intelligence Analyst and Linguist. She later decided to start a family and now has adult children. She has a passion for people and properties. She has been a real estate investor and enthusiast for about ten years, and is using the ideas and knowledge that she has acquired throughout all of her dealings in the Moore County area. The relationship between a home buyer or seller and their agent is based on trust, shared goals and understanding. I strive to continually improve and to do this I listen and take the needs and wants into consideration.

Angela has been great throughout the entire selling process. She advised me on how to stage my home, and had a great photographer to take the pictures. When it came to fixing the home up, she put me in contact with reliable and affordable contractors. She also helped me find a lender that could help me based on my own personal financial situation. She explained to us what we needed to do to prepare our house before we listed it. As soon as we finished the few items that needed to be completed we listed the house. We had an offer in 8 days.
