Very prompt in responses, always available to answer questions. And best part is her service after closing to help us settle down in the home very comfortably. For example, She went ahead and talked to OEM company to get us items instead of we purchasing it from market to have a specific repair done. She also helped us with questions about the local area and schools which helped us to zero in on the specific area where we wanted to live.
