ZillowVERIFIEDAfter much frustration looking for a home to buy and dealing with agents that didn't help much we were referred to Angela Knight at Century 21 Desert Rock in Hesperia, CA.Angela was VERY helpfull and actually listened to what we were looking for in a house, unlike the other 3 agents i had to deal with. First meet we did, she showed us some of the places that were on the market at the time that we may be interested in. Each home we saw, she always asked for our likes and dislikes about the house, and we let her know. We saw one we liked, she explained where we go from there as far as submitting an offer. She was Very knowledgeable, and a great help when it came to explaining everything involved into the next steps, and all the paper work we had to fill out.Our offer ended up not being excepted by the sellers, So she continued looking for something we would like. She obviously listened to our like and dislikes because by 2nd meet to show us houses, she had found the absolute perfect one for us, it was all we wanted in a home with No dislikes about it. We wanted to submit our offer as soon as possible, and she worked quickly to get that done. Our offer was accepted, and she continued to help us with any questions or concerns we had during the escrow process, explaining everything thoroughly and making sure that we really understood everything. Escrow closed, we were happy homeowners, and to this day, she still checks on us to answer any questions we may have, or to help with any problems that may have popped up.Her and the crew at Century 21 Desert Rock are truly there to help, and care greatly about there customers as if they were family.
