Not a good experience at all. I was over charged on the commissions, 7%! she nor Laura Dochwat was with me at the closing, she was on a vacation! Very unhappy experience! All other realtors charge 5%! Bottom line is I didn't receive the amount of payout at closing I should have, almost $10,000 taken from me!

If you like paying to be treated with no respect this is the realtor for you. She overpriced my home. never stayed in contact, allowed people to break into my home through a window then tried to lie to me about doing it, my door was left wide open after a showing, never showed up to closing with keys then argued with me that was also my fault. Worst experience I have ever had and this is my 3rd home!!!!!! She takes no responsibility argues with you the entire process. Cost me more money all while I had two deaths in my family and battled through cancer. If I could rate 0, I would!!
