A combination of location (on a golf course) with reasonable HOA's, within our budget and would be appealing to others as a rental. Well, after several trips from our home (2 hours away) and looking at numerous possibilities (over 20), we found that new desert retreat. It was Angela's expertise and patience that made this happen.
