About Angela Gerken

I'm Angela Gerken and I am truly passionate about selling real estate! I began my real estate career in 2012 as an Assistant Realtor, moving quickly to the position of Buyer's Agent. After gaining invaluable experience, and knowing that I have what it takes to be successful, I went out on my own in 2013 and have never looked back. Right away, I knew that this was my future. Since that time, I have helped many buyers and sellers sell their existing home and find their dream home, and I can help you, too! Sometimes buying or selling a home can be a stressful endeavor, and my job is to make sure that the process is as easy as possible for my Clients. I enjoy taking the time to get to know each and every Client and building a strong relationship that will ensure a positive outcome for all. I'm fortunate to maintain many of these relationships way beyond the closing table. And, I've been blessed to build a business based in large part on referrals from previously satisfied Clients. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and I put my marketing background to use when connecting sellers with buyers. I also have a number of powerful marketing tools at my disposal through my partnership with Murney Associates, Realtors that allow me to quickly locate eager buyers. Prior to my career in real estate, I devoted myself to a career as domestic engineer and mother -truly, the BEST investment of my time ever! I love calling the Ozarks home, and I take advantage of Christian County's close proximity to Table Rock Lake as often as possible. It's my home - and my passion! Angela was recommended to us by a good friend of ours. I was really only able to go and look at house in person on the weekends but Angela worked through the weekends just the same as weekdays. Within two weeks of starting Terminal Leave we had close on our house. Very knowledgeable of the area considering she lives in the area and I had previously lived there as well. Any questions we had she had answered immediately or within a 10 minute time frame due to service issues on our end not hers. I would recommend her to anyone that asks for a reccomendation.
