I am a fellow veteran and a mom of 4 dealing with thyroid cancer. I?m going through so many emotions and thought Angela had my back and I thought I considered her a friend who had my back not just my realtor. I bought a house in Arizona all online with pictures and I gave Angela all the important things that I am looking for in a house. I did not see the house until the day I moved in. I was in shock. It?s not about making the sale, it?s about making you happy! If I could rate her higher I would! We first reached out to her when we were looking around debating if we were ready. We eventually let her know we were going to wait and resign our lease at our apartment to fix our credit a bit more and save up for the deposit. She checked in with us six months later and we let her know our lease was for a year and we weren?t ready yet but patience is a virtue and a year a half later we called her and said the magic words, WE ARE READY! We gave her our list of must haves, area preference, and general likes/dislikes. She found a few wonderful homes but weren?t ?the one? so we kept looking. The best thing I would have to say about Angela is her drive to truly make sure you are happy. Nothing showed that more during our house hunting was when she found the house that checked all the boxes, all the wants and needs but we passed. When I told her we were going to pass on the house that was perfect on paper she was truly flabbergasted. You could tell that she sat and stewed about this and couldn?t understand why we would pass on a house that on paper is everything we wanted. She called me the next night and asked ?Can you tell me why? What is wrong with this house, why don?t you love it, it checked all your boxes, everything you wanted, I don?t understand? You could tell that it wasn?t just about making the sale but it bother her that this house literally had everything we wanted (and a bit more) and we still passed. I couldn?t tell her why because I didn?t know, but something about the house was off and didn?t feel like our home, there was no character it was just a house. A good house, but not our house. That set her into over drive and the next week or so we went out again looking at houses. She told me ?I haven?t seen this house in person but if it looks as good in person as it does in photos?this is the one?. It checked all the boxes but more importable it had the character we were looking for that was missing out of the previous ?perfect house?. She was right, this was the one! I really cant say enough good things about Angela. She made this process so easy, fun, and is such a good person inside out.
