Hi! I am Angela Copperwheat. I am not a Charlotte native but have lived here for 26 years and have seen the amazing growth that has taken place. I have had an interest in real estate since I came to Charlotte. At the time, I had one year old, and I was told Real Estate is not a good career for someone with young children. So, I pushed Real Estate aside and pursued my career in Early Childhood Education. I have worked as a teacher and then as Director of several schools. My sons are now grown, and I have found that life changes in ways we can never predict. We have to decide how we want to change with it. Real Estate called to me again. I love my preschool, but just could not resist pursuing a career in real estate. After 15 years at my school in Southpark, I resigned and became a Realtor full time! I could not be more excited, and I feel especially blessed to have found an amazing place in Carolinas Key Realty. Working with this team has been a wonderful experience for me. The biggest thing I have learned is that real estate is not really about sales. It is about people. That is where my heart is. Helping people. Working in Early Childhood Education gave me the opportunity to meet so many wonderful families. To me, it was not just about the children, but the family as a whole. I think that philosophy carries over into real estate. I want to work to find you the perfect HOME! My goal is to guide you and help you make your dreams a reality. Angela assisted me in finding a home. She was kind and very patient with me and Im not the easiest person to please in regards to finding a place to live. Im very picky and particular but Angela didnt seem to mind. But the main thing I liked about her was her responsiveness and you dont always get that with an agent. She was always just a text, email or call away. I would certainly reach out to her again for my real estate needs.
