Angela and Omid are truly a wonder. They assessed my home and determined a selling price that was at the higher limits of the market, then SOLD it within A WEEK at FULL list price! I know that selling ones home can be one of the most stressful times in a person's life. Angela and Omid helped ease the entire process for me with their professional expertise, and most of all, their kindness. They guided me along each step of preparing my home for the open house. Their suggestions were targeted at what was needed to sell, not miscellaneous tasks to make things look a particular way. They have decades of experience and have professional connections with EVERYONE in the process. They have a strong team at Laffey RE to tap into details of the listing in my exact neighborhood. They collaborate with a professional photographer for an extremely high-quality online listing. They asked a lot of questions about my home (dates and details of each renovation), and researched the area for schools, transit, parks, shopping, and every detail required to be discussed thoroughly with each viewer of my home. They wanted to be confident in the family making the offer and contacted a banker they work with, that helped vet the buyers financials before acceptance of the offer. Then they referred a lawyer for me, which resulted in perfect negotiations through some challenging aspects of the sale. Everything went seamlessly without any aggravation.
