The Mickle team was absolutely wonderful to work with! My husband and I had to make a quick move to the DFW area from out of state and Angel made it happen for us! Our first encounter with Angel Mickle was when she showed us a house we scheduled through Zillow. She met us there and immediately impressed us with her friendliness, honesty, character, and knowledge of her craft. We were still not living in the area and did some of our searching on-line while traveling. We came across a house we really liked and contacted Angel to see if she would become our agent. She agreed and scheduled an appointment with our adult children to view the house in person while we viewed the house via cell phone video.While this house did not work out for us as we lost the bid, it was the start of a two-month effort to find our retirement home. After moving to the area, Angel worked diligently to find homes that met our preferences. Her efforts led to many showings where she was by our side and always offering honest and candid inputs about the home, both good features and those that might be of concern. In total we probably looked at about 25 places before we found our forever home. Full Disclosure: Angel and Chris were recommended by our friend Aanchal Gupta who works with them. We started looking for an investment property in the metroplex around November 2020. The market was (and still is) very hot and our initial few bids did not get accepted even though we felt they were strong. Then we worked with Angel to see how we could put our best foot forward and get the home we wanted. Angel was very patient with us. She showed us a lot of homes in the Allen, Frisco, McKinney area. Since we were remote, all our interactions were through phone and video calls. She was very meticulous when showing us any home and her keen observations helped us in making some really informed decisions. She was very prompt in all her correspondence and kept us up to date with all information. She was our eyes on the ground and very professional throughout the entire process. Chris filled in wherever he could with some additional information related to the neighborhood, or some insights regarding the rental market which was helpful. And Aanchal was super efficient when it came to doing all the paperwork for putting in the offers and giving us timely updates during closing. Together, they form a really good team!Before buying the home that we eventually got, there was a small hiccup with another where we did get the home, but the HOA restrictions prevented us from leasing it out. That was a bummer. We felt that it could have been avoided by getting that information before we did the buyer's inspection, but all's well that ends well - the home that we bought does not have an HOA, so we don't have to worry about it now :)

Angel is the best out there! Our previous home purchase was not great and left us conflicted about the realtor we went with.
