Andy Zoda

Andy Zoda is the leader and founder of the Zoda Real Estate Group, a team of professionally trained agents serving clients throughout Northeast Indiana. He has been a real estate professional since 2000. His passion in real estate is the marketing of real estate, working with buyers relocating to Northeast Indiana, working with luxury properties, providing excellent service, and helping his associates do the same. Andy earned his M.B.A. (Master's in Business Administration) from Indiana Wesleyan University. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University at IPFW. He was an Honor Graduate from Norwell High School in Ossian. He became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Indiana after completing pre-licensing training at the Troyer School of Real Estate. He later returned to Troyer to become a licensed Broker in 2004. He become one of the first certified Coldwell Banker e-Marketing Specialists in 2004. He also received his Certified Negotiation Specialist designation through Coldwell Banker, his e-Pro certification through the National Association of Realtors, and has earned continuing education with the Real Estate Certification Program, the Tek Cafe, the Indiana Real Estate Academy, and other institutions. Within the community, Andy is well-known for his involvement with youth and high school sports. He has most recently coached fastpitch softball at Norwell High School. He is a former NCAA Women's Assistant Softball Coach at IPFW. He has also coached high school softball at Concordia Lutheran in Fort Wayne as well as Bellmont High School in Decatur. Teams he coached for the Decatur Danger 16U Girls travel teams won three state tournament championships. He also has been involved coaching baseball and softball in the Roanoke Youth Sports program, volunteered with high school & middle school football and basketball at Norwell High School, has taught Junior Achievement, & volunteered for the Dollars for Scholars Scholarship Program & Habitat for Humanity, and is a member of the Downtown Fort Wayne Optimists Club. His hobbies and interests include spending time with his family, playing and coaching sports, participating in fantasy sports, surfing the Internet, networking on Facebook, reading, and watching movies. Andy has been married to his wife Sarah since 2007. His stepson's name is Owen. He has lived in Allen, Wells, and Huntington Counties. Andy currently lives in the Roanoke area.
